What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, a claim may be considered at Ajaini’s discretion. However, a clear and uninterrupted product unboxing video is mandatory to raise any defect claim. The video must be shared with the Ajaini team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 10–14 working days across India. Ajaini ships directly to your customer’s address, at no delivery charge to you.
